Four different dance forms
Bharatanatyam - Considered to be a 'fire dance' — Bharatanatyam, the oldest dance form from the temples of South India, represents the mystic manifestation of the metaphysical element of fire in the human body.
Odissi – Considered to be a 'water dance', Odissi is the epitome of fluid grace and has a distinctively lyrical quality that is very appealing.
Kathak – Tracing its origins to the nomadic bards of ancient Northern India known as Kathaks, or story tellers, Kathak is characterized by fast rhythmic footwork embellished with hand gestures and facial expressions.
Kuchipudi – considered to be 'earth dance', Kuchipudi is characterized by quicksilver and scintillating, rounded foot movements, sculpturesque body movements and stylized mime.
